To celebrate National BBQ week The Coal Shed Brighton- born from a passion of cooking on fire is celebrating with the ultimate BBQ menu. For the night of Thursday 1st June cooking on our famed Josper grill, which produces a charcoal flavour like no other we have created a mouthwatering 5 course BBQ menu and a drinks list of the best of British wines and beers to accompany your BBQ feast.
Join in a communal conversation, food and drink over our love of cooking with fire.
The Menu is just £50 per person with welcome snacks and four courses of chargrilled specials.
Every Sunday we have our sharing Sunday roast: 500g Black Aberdeen Angus, 35 Day Dry-Aged Roast Sirloin of Beef served with roast potatoes, cauliflower cheese, honey roast root veg, seasonal greens, Yorkshire pudding & beef gravy. Served between 12 and 4pm.

All day, every Monday you can BYO for just £5 corkage.
This is a fantastic way of combining your favourite wine with our extensive menu. At only £5.00 corkage per bottle, this is a great reason to enjoy Mondays with us. Not available in December.
The much-loved Coal Shed in Brighton invites you to an exciting range of Supper Clubs celebrating the best of British meat. Taking place in the exclusive Private Dining Room at The Coal Shed, Head Chef Matt Price and his team will guide you through a five course feast, matched wines and some tips to take home.
The menus contain the most seasonal Sussex produce we can find. £50 per person, £75 with matched wines
